We have sofar renovated:

a most gorgeous staircase with stained glass light well

2 large bedrooms with ensuite bath/shower on the first floor

2 large living/bed rooms which can share the shower room on the ground floor

very large kitchen, entrance hall and open plan living area.

Plenty of unrenovated, but habitable space, if needed.
