Walking the labyrinth this morning reminded me of the core benefit of the Embodied Meditation practice that we enjoy here: as we come to rest in the secure knowledge that we are an emanation of the divine consciousness, we feel at peace and gradually come to identify with the loving, expanding nature of that consciousness, rather than the defensive nature of our contracted state, our Ego.
This gives us the courage to start looking at all those feelings we've been avoiding. We tenderly bring them forth, integrate them and we finish feeling them. This then clears the space for us to feel into the present moment, fully and deliciously. Our world becomes vibrant and starts to align with our new inner state.
