Olivia is Swedish and was brought up in a town located in Dalarna ’’Sweden's cultural heart and soul.’’ She is an old dancer, teaching big groups of people already at the age of seventeen. She got certified as a Yoga teacher in India while traveling the world, in the foothills of the Himalayas. Her teachers: Sharon Gannon & David Life (founders of the Jivamukti Yoga method, 1984), Moritz Ulrich, Doug Whittaker, Deepa Lakhyani, among others.
She found a deep connection to the Yogic practices through her love for sitting meditation -but have directed her focus on self-healing and self exploration as long as she can remember.
Emma Andrea is not your everyday healer – with a background in the creative fields of photography and the visual arts she is known to always bring an artistic touch to everything she does. After having spent many years living in Paris and New York, she is currently based in the city where she grew up, Gothenburg, Sweden.
There she’s been studying ancient wisdom of Ayurveda, traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture and Thaiyogamassage.
In 2005 Emma found Yoga and since then ever grateful and amazed to be on this transformational and healing journey. She took her first Yoga teacher training in New York city 2012, and was fortunate to experience some of the city’s finest teachers. As a teacher herself, she encourages the life force energy to flow more freely, breaking up stagnation and blockages, so that we all can feel freer and more creative. She teaches Hatha yoga, where a class always include mantra singing, pranayama and meditation.
